Ariana Rainbow

Representative Experience

Ariana "Ari" practices in our Entertainment, Media & The Arts Group based in the New York Office. She focuses primarily on negotiating and drafting agreements in the music and film industry including producer agreements, writer agreements, sync licenses, photography agreements, mixer agreements, remix agreements, and featured artist agreements. She has a background in corporate and financial services law.

During law school, Ari practiced in the intellectual property and trademark clinic to assist clients with registering their trademarks with the USPTO. Ari volunteered with the Peace Corps in South Africa as an English teacher and implemented an after-school music program in partnership with the Limpopo Youth Orchestra. Ari is a classically trained pianist and is a member of the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and the Denyce Graves Foundation.
