Representative Experience

Arianna J. Goolsby is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Entertainment, Media & The Arts groups. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions and debt and equity financing across a broad range of industries with a particular focus on the entertainment and media business. Additionally, Arianna represents high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, financial institutions and private and public companies in general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Eisner, Arianna was an associate with Brown Rudnick LLP, where she focused her corporate practice on representing companies, entrepreneurs and investors across the entertainment, sports, technology, advertising, consumer goods, digital commerce and financial services industries. Arianna was also a legal extern at Peloton, where she supported senior media counsel in content development, production and licensing matters, and a legal intern at Artist Publishing Group, where she worked on recording and publishing deals for top-tier artists, producers and songwriters.

While at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, Arianna worked as a student attorney for the Intellectual Property, Arts and Technology Clinic. She also served as co-chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, director of programming of the western region of the National Black Law Students Association, and law student liaison of the John M. Langston Bar Association.
