Representative Experience

Manish Antani is a Senior Counsel in our Corporate Group, based in our Beverly Hills office. Manish’s experience includes domestic and cross-border M&A, general corporate and venture capital in a variety of sectors. He has worked closely with private equity firms, multinational corporations, and closely held businesses, providing strategic advice on complex transactions. He is well-versed in navigating deals involving intellectual property, finance, and corporate finance.

Prior to joining the Firm, Manish was a Corporate Associate at an Am Law 200 firm. He earned his J.D. from University of Notre Dame, and received his B.A. in Political Science from Purdue University.
