We also facilitate major exhibit sponsorships and artist exhibit agreements. The art law practice negotiates licensing, endorsement and co-branding agreements for artists as well as resources art-related disputes, including copyright and other intellectual property infringement. In addition, we handle drafting of purchase agreements, structuring loans secured by fine art, advising clients with insurance claims arising for any reason, including damage, theft and valuation related issues, as well as assisting with appraisals, provenance review and research, and restitution claims.
