Sam Zodeh

Representative Experience

Sam has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting agreements and successfully concluding transactions in a wide variety of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing of commercial properties, joint venture development agreements, acquisition and financing of multi-family units, formation and funding of real estate focused limited partnerships, loan workouts and restructurings, ground leases, easements and title disputes.

Sam has significant corporate law experience including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and general corporate matters.

Sam’s broad experience and close working relationships with his clients allows him to provide efficient solutions to complex problems and also design safeguards to prevent potential problems.
