Eisner, LLP Adds Veteran Entertainment Litigator Jeffery McFarland as a Partner in Los Angeles

Los Angeles—June 12, 2023—Eisner, LLP announced today that Jeffery McFarland has joined the Firm as a partner in the Litigation group. He will be based in Eisner, LLP’s Los Angeles office.

McFarland focuses his practice on high-profile, high-stakes entertainment disputes, leveraging his nearly three decades of expertise in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. He has represented clients on the talent side, including actors, producers, directors, and screenwriters, as well as studios, production companies, television networks, and video game publishers.

McFarland joins Eisner, LLP from McKool Smith, where he was a principal in the Los Angeles office. McFarland practiced previously at Am Law 200 firms, and served as the co-chair of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan’s national media and entertainment practice.
