Jeremiah Reynolds Named to Variety’s 2020 Legal Impact Report
July 14, 2020—Eisner, LLP partner Jeremiah Reynolds has been selected for Variety’s 2020 Legal Impact Report for the second consecutive year. This annual award recognizes the top attorneys in the media and entertainment business.
An attorney with nearly two decades of experience, Reynolds has represented high-profile clients across the music, film, television, and sports industries in matters involving distribution rights, merchandising and licensing rights, profit participation and other accounting issues, contractual disputes, and intellectual property disputes.
Over the past year, Reynolds has resolved highly confidential matters between music companies and premier artists, as well as #MeToo-related allegations for top Hollywood executives. He has also been involved in several high-profile litigation matters, including one against domestic distributor STX for allegedly backing out of a deal to co-finance an adaptation of “The Killer’s Game” on behalf of client Endurance Media, and another against distributor Aviron for allegedly shortchanging producers on licensing fees.
