Two Eisner Attorneys Recognized as Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars
June 8, 2021—Eisner, LLP today announced that the following two attorneys have been recognized as Rising Stars in the 2021 edition of Southern California Super Lawyers:

- Jason VanMeetren, Partner (Real Estate)
Lin is counsel in the firm’s litigation department, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, client counseling, and other intellectual property matters. She has litigated cases in both state and federal courts, and has jury trial and arbitration experience. Lin has also advised clients regarding various intellectual property issues involving patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
VanMeetren is a partner in the firm’s real estate department, where he focuses his practice on real estate, real estate development, and corporate matters. He represents clients in a broad range of commercial land and multifamily real estate transactions, including due diligence and title review, acquisition, development and associated corporate matters, the negotiation and disposition of real property, 1031 exchanges, leasing, ground leasing, and the preparation and negotiation of various financing products.
